Warranty Fees and Options

1.Take 2 pictures as seen below. The second picture reverse the rod over so we can see all writing on back, including serial # and/or Date of MFG. Take a clear picture of the entire rod, starting from the butt section and extending to the first section as much as possible.

2. Take a second picture where you sever the Powell logo on the rod in half. Then roll the severed rod over and take an aerial view of the back. We need to see all writing on the back. One rod in picture at a time. The view must have the entire butt end to first guide wrap and the severed logo is visible. Failure to do so will void completion of warranty.

3. Upload the pictures in JPG format with a maximum size of 450 x 450.

4. Add the "Warranty" item to your shopping cart.

5. Proceed with the payment for the claim. Follow the instructions.

6. You will receive an email confirmation.

7. Within 7 days you will receive a tracking # unless we have questions or delays, then we will reach out.

8. Please keep in mind. We may request proof of purchase on any and all warranty claims. We have the right to refuse service for false warranty claims filed.

9. We do not swap warranty rods for different rod models. If we are out of stock for a prolonged period, then we will discuss options with you.

10. IF you submit multiple warranty rod claims at once or excessively you will be required to submit proof of purchase.

11. We do not swap out warranty rods for other rod models unless, we are out of stock on your item. If we have your item in stock, that's what we replace your claim with.

12. We do not replace fly rod parts. We only replace warranty rods with a new rod.

Warranty: In-Store or Online -All Casting & Spinning Rods:
Excluding manufacturer's defects, the Warranty-fee structure is as follows: All Endurance, Naked, and Max rods will be replaced for $75.00 plus, $30.00 Shipping.There is NO WARRANTY ONINFERNO, DIESEL, or MISTAKE RODS.

Warranty - Online Fly Rods: Excluding manufacturer's defects, the Warranty-Legacy XL fee structure is as follows: Legacy XL Fly rods will be replaced for $75.00 plus, $30.00 Shipping

We will not process Online warranty orders that do not meet these criteria. include clear pictures that include the information from the back of the rod, in picture form, and the rod sawed in half. Please keep the picture until we confirm the claim. Please follow image directions to ensure your claim does not get delayed or rejected. Thank you.
